🥇 Two Ways Watch The Olympics For FREE

We love the Olympics in our house and don't pay for cable or Peacock, so we had to get a little creative this year. If you're in the same boat, there are two great ways to stream the Olympics for free:

1. ​Instacart+ comes with a free Peacock subscription and you can sign up for a free 2-week trial here.
2. Use a VPN (if you don't have one, my favorite is NordVPN) to connect to countries that have free Olympics streaming. I've tested 9Now (Australia), ​CBC (Canada) and ​BBC (UK) and all 3 worked after creating a free account on each platform.

I enjoyed this article by The Wealthy Accountant about 60 harsh truths he learned at 60, but wished he knew at 30. They cover various aspects of life, including personal growth, productivity, relationships, and success. I really appreciated the theme of learning from experiences, being kind to people, and finding joy in the simple things in life :)

🤑 Latest Deals

💰 SoFi 401(k) Rollover Match: 1% Unlimited

SoFi is offering a 1% unlimited match on 401(k) accounts rolled over into a SoFi IRA (Traditional or Roth) before 8/15/24. A minimum rollover of $20,000 with a 2-year hold period is required for the match, which is probably one of the best offers we’ve seen so far (following Robinhood’s unlimited 3% match on IRA transfers and 401(k) rollovers earlier this year).

💸 $325 Bank Bonus from Wells Fargo

Wells Fargo is offering a $325 bonus for new customers who open an Everyday Checking account before 8/20/24. To qualify, you need to open an account with a minimum deposit of just $25 and receive at least $1,000 in qualifying direct deposits within 90 days.

🎁 Costco Gift Card Deals

Costco has some great gift card deals right now, and my favorites are the $100 Uber and $100 DoorDash gift cards, each going for just $79.99 with a maximum limit of 2 cards.

Air France-KLM's Flying Blue program's August 2024 Promo Rewards is offering a 25% discount on economy award flights between Europe and Detroit, Toronto, Boston, and Houston. For the first time, there's also a 25% discount on flights between Atlanta and Nairobi, starting at 26,250 miles. Book between 8/1/24 and 8/31/24 for travel until 1/31/25.
